Your session may include a combination of acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, electro-acupuncture, gua sha, heat lamp therapy and/or Tui Na massage therapy.

A Follow-up Acupuncture Visit for returning patients at NRQi Studio enables Nickila to monitor your body's response and progress to treatments over a period of time along with lifestyle advice. Your session may include a combination of acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, electro-acupuncture, gua sha, heat lamp therapy and/or Tui Na massage therapy.

A Teen Clinic First Visit appointment at NRQi Studio is designed to support teenagers’ physical and emotional wellbeing through the changes and challenges of adolescence. The clinic offers a calm, welcoming space where young people can feel heard, ask questions and take an active role in their care.
The first visit includes a health history review, a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, treatment and an individually tailored care plan. We take time to explore the whole picture, including stress and exam pressures, sleep, energy, digestion, muscle tension, sports-related discomfort and menstrual health where relevant. Each appointment considers the teenager’s individual needs, daily life and concerns.
For patients under 16, NRQi Studio requires a parent or carer to attend and remain present throughout the session. This encourages a shared understanding of symptoms, treatment goals and home care, while ensuring the teenager’s own voice, preferences and comfort remain central.
Sessions are gentle, age-appropriate and clearly explained at every step. Treatment may include acupuncture, acupressure, heat therapy and supportive bodywork, alongside practical lifestyle and nutritional guidance where appropriate. Care is adapted to each teenager’s comfort, with time to build trust, discuss any worries about treatment and proceed at a pace that feels right for them.

FACIAL ACUPUNCTURE

Your first Facial Enhancement Acupuncture visit for new patients at NRQi Studio is designed to lay the foundation for lasting, natural results. Nickila begins with a thorough health consultation to understand your skin, internal balance and overall wellbeing. This insight allows her to tailor your treatment to your unique needs; both cosmetic and constitutional.
After your health consultation, you will be offered a full-body acupuncture session which also includes some facial acupuncture points to gently start rebalancing your body’s system. This holistic approach ensures that your body is supported from within, creating the ideal internal environment for visible, long-term improvements in the skin.
