Why does NRQi Studio have a cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the NRQi Studio Practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient.

As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Please note we have a minimum 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log into your patient booking account to reschedule your appointment yourself, or if necessary to cancel your appointment.

• You are welcome to reschedule your appointment yourself with 48-hours or more advance notice and your appointment payment will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date.

• If it is less than 48 hours before your appointment, and you wish to reschedule, please contact NRQi Studio directly via our website, and at our discretion, we may be able to reschedule the appointment for you, subject to availability.

• If you cancel your appointment with 48-hours or more advance notice, you will receive a refund.   
• Please note: If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more in advance, and you have paid online for your appointment, your money will be refunded into the same bank account that was used for your online payment.
• Please contact NRQi Studio directly if you wish to check on the progress of your refund.

• If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
