Cancellation Policy
Why does NRQi Studio have a cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the NRQi Studio Practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Please note that NRQi Studio has a minimum 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment (more than 48 hours before your appointment): If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log into your patient booking account to reschedule your appointment yourself, or if necessary to cancel your appointment. Your appointment payment will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date. If you wish to cancel, your money will be refunded into the same bank account that was used for your online payment.
If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and you wish to RESCHEDULE, please contact NRQi Studio directly via our website, and at our discretion, we may be able to reschedule the appointment for you, subject to availability.
If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and you wish to CANCEL, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
