Booking Information - Please Read
I want your visit to go as smoothly as possible. So, please read the important information below BEFORE booking your NRQi Studio appointment. Information relates to our patient intake form, address details, contact information, important arrival instructions & our NRQi Studio 48-hour cancellation policy.
Patient Intake form information:
Your are responsible for filling out and submitting the INTAKE FORM prior to your INITIAL IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT or first FACIAL ENHANCEMENT ACUPUNCTURE APPOINTMENT. This form can be found in your PATIENT PORTAL on the booking site. It includes sections requesting your medical history and consent forms that are required before I can legally and safely treat you, along with optional medical history sections that you are free to complete. Together these provide me with a more complete understanding of how your health history may have contributed to your presenting symptoms. Please note, the sooner you fill out the form, the more time I have to review your health history prior to your appointment. I prioritise my patient’s health and want to dedicate as much time to your needs as possible.
If the INTAKE FORM is not completed and submitted prior to your appointment, then a portion of your treatment time will have to be used to complete the form, as I cannot treat you without your written consent and medical history.

Phone number: Included in your confirmation email (Emergencies only, please!) - If you have an urgent situation that requires my immediate attention, please feel free to phone or message me (For example, if you're waiting outside the building, the intercom isn't working and you can't get in. This has never happened, but you never know!!) I do not answer this phone often and only use it during business hours for emergency situations. The best way to contact me is by email.
Arrival Instructions: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows for me to spend adequate time preparing for your visit. If you do arrive early, there are several cafes nearby where you can wait. When you arrive, please press the "NRQi Studio" intercom button located to the left of Devon House's green front door. I will buzz you in. Sometimes, the front door needs a slight push and pull to open. When you enter, head downstairs and feel free to take a seat. I will be with you shortly.
Toilet Facilities: There are toilets located on the ground floor just around the corner from the stairs.
Transportation Considerations: Sometimes the overland train going to Winchmore Hill Station is cancelled. Please double check your commute to ensure that you are on time, or ahead of time. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby that you can pass the time if you do arrive early. Unfortunately, I cannot extend your treatment time if you are late, as this will negatively impact my other patient's appointments.
General NRQi Studio Building Consideration Requests: NRQi Studio is located in an office building, so please ensure that you enter quietly.
Mobile Phone Etiquette: Please, place your phone on silent during your treatment, as this ensures that you are fully able to benefit from your treatment. Also, please refrain from having conversations on your mobile outside the clinic room, as this may potentially disturb a treatment that is currently in progress.
NRQi Studio’s cancellation policy:
Please note that NRQi Studio has a minimum 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the NRQi Studio Practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment (more than 48 hours before your appointment): If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log into your patient booking account to reschedule your appointment yourself, or if necessary to cancel your appointment. Your appointment payment will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date. If you wish to cancel, your money will be refunded into the same bank account that was used for your online payment.
If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and you wish to RESCHEDULE, please contact NRQi Studio directly via our website, and at our discretion, we may be able to reschedule the appointment for you, subject to availability.
If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and you wish to CANCEL, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
