Lic Ac (Hons) | MBAcC | Dip Tui Na | BSc (Hons) | MA

After completing an intensive programme of study at the highly regarded City College of Acupuncture in London, I graduated with a first-class Licentiate in Acupuncture (Lic. Ac.) and a Diploma in Tui Na Massage (Dip. Tui Na). My postgraduate training includes Acupuncture for Fertility and IVF Support, Managing the Menopause and advanced Electro Acupuncture, all completed under the expert guidance of Paul Johnson (FBAcC — Fellow of the British Acupuncture Council). I am also a qualified FacialEnhance® Practitioner (FEA), trained by Paul Adkins, the founder of this renowned technique. I have further completed both the Auricular Acupuncture Master Class and the NADA 5-Point Protocol training in detoxification and stress management at The Yuan Traditional Medicine College in South London. Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as a teaching assistant at the City College of Acupuncture, where I support and guide the next generation of acupuncture students.

I have a particular passion for women's health, driven by a profound fascination with the complexities of the female body and a deep commitment to addressing the unique health concerns and needs of women. My Approach

At the heart of my practice is a genuine commitment to you and your wellbeing. I pride myself on being warm and approachable, creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood. I take the time to listen carefully and look beyond surface-level symptoms, always striving to uncover the root cause of your health concerns. Every patient receives my complete, undivided attention — because you deserve nothing less.

Drawing on my background in teaching, I believe that an informed patient is an empowered one. With your consent, I take care to gently explain each treatment and what it involves, using clear and straightforward language so that you always know what to expect and feel confident in your care. If I feel that another specialist would be better placed to support your needs, I will always be honest with you and help guide you towards the right person.

I believe that healing begins with the environment around you, which is why my clinic is designed to be a clean, calm and quiet sanctuary, free from the noise and distractions of everyday life — a place where you can focus entirely on your health and feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

My Story

No pain, no gain – in my case, that phrase captures precisely how my path into acupuncture began.

If you had told me ten years ago that I would become a licensed acupuncturist with a clinic of my own in North London, I would never have believed it. Before having children, I enjoyed a rewarding and fulfilling career as a primary school teacher. But after the birth of my fifth child – yes, FIVE – my health was at its lowest point, and nothing was making a difference. I was physically, mentally and emotionally depleted and struggling with chronic back pain.

A friend suggested acupuncture and TCM, and I was fortunate to find a supportive BAcC practitioner whose care helped me regain my strength, clarity and balance. The experience was so transformative that I felt compelled to learn how this remarkable medicine worked. That curiosity led me to the City College of Acupuncture, where I trained in acupuncture and tui na. My training at CCA did far more than qualify me as an acupuncturist; it nurtured my confidence and deepened my commitment to patient-centred care.

As I establish my own practice in Winchmore Hill, North London, my clinical focus is on women’s health – supporting and empowering women as they navigate the many stages and challenges of life. I feel truly privileged to offer others the same support and healing that once transformed my own life.
