A Teen Period Clinic First Visit appointment at NRQi Studio is designed to support girls through their menstrual cycle with care, education and balance. The first visit includes includes a health history review, a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, treatment and an individually tailored plan that focuses on cycle regularity, comfort and emotional wellbeing.
For patients under 18, a parent or carer must attend and remain present for the session. This ensures a safe, supportive environment and allows for shared understanding of symptoms, treatment goals and home care.
Sessions are calm, age-appropriate and clearly explained at every step. Treatment may include gentle acupuncture, acupressure, heat therapy, lifestyle and nutritional guidance and supportive bodywork where appropriate. All care is adapted to feel safe, respectful and empowering for teens and their parents.
