I want your visit go as smoothly as possible.
Ready to book? Simply click the button below to access my online booking system, where you can choose your treatment, select a date and time that works for you, and pay securely to confirm your slot.
Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for your visit, including my contact number for emergencies. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time as this gives me the chance to prepare properly for your visit.
New patient? You'll also find your health history intake form in your patient portal . Please complete it before your first appointment.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment slot is held exclusively for you, and short-notice changes make it difficult to offer that time to someone else.
More than 48 hours before your appointment: Log into your patient portal to reschedule or cancel. If you reschedule, your payment transfers automatically to the new date. If you cancel, a full refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Less than 48 hours before your appointment:To reschedule, please contact me directly and I'll do my best to find an alternative time, subject to availability. Please note that cancellations inside 48 hours will be charged in full.
Finding NRQi Studio
Address: Devon House, Lower Ground Floor, Church Hill, Winchmore Hill, London N21 1LE — just off The Green, next door to the King's Head Pub.
Email: My contact email is info@nrqistudio.com or via the contact page. Email is always the best way to reach me. I'll get back to you as soon as I can; however, if I'm with a patient, it may not be immediate.
Phone Number: My business number is included in your confirmation email. Please, reserve it for genuine emergencies only. I don't monitor it regularly and won't answer outside business hours. Email is always preferred.
Getting here: The Winchmore Hill overland train can occasionally be cancelled, so it's worth checking your journey in advance. If you arrive early, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Please note I'm unable to extend treatment time for late arrivals, as this affects other patients’ schedules.
Arrival: Please, arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment — this gives me time to prepare properly. Press the "NRQi Studio" intercom button to the left of the green front door and I'll buzz you in. The door sometimes needs a gentle push-and-pull to open. Head downstairs and take a seat; I'll be with you shortly. Toilets are on the ground floor, just around the corner from the stairs.
A few small requests: The studio is in an office building, so please enter quietly. And do put your phone on silent during your treatment. It helps you get the most from your session and avoids disturbing anyone nearby.
